RAVEN DARKHOLME

Shape shifting: Raven's mutant ability's allow her to shift her physical form into a person she know or has seen before. Raven's shape shifting ability's allow her to transform herself perfectly to another person's physical appearance. Raven can transform her voice to match another person's voice exactly to the point that it may be impossible  a person to tell it Raven impersonating a person's voice.

Another thing Raven can change about herself is her eyes as well, she can match someone's eyes to the point that  an eye scanners would be tricked by her. 

The one thing Raven can't change about herself and that is her  unique smell, to someone with higher  senses  of smell the unique oils she admits as a shapeshifter could give her away to them. There are other ways to tell that she isn't the person she is impersonating off course, after all most people would pick up on the different way she is taking. After all people have certain cadences in there speech patterns and Raven might slip up and speak in a way a person she is impersonating might not speak.

There is another way for people to tell if Raven is impersonating another person. Sometimes her eyes flash yellow or she can lose concentration and show her true form unwittingly. 

Physical mutations: Raven was born with obvious physical mutations, unlike most mutants who are blessed with there mutations hidden Raven was born with her blue skin and yellow eyes. Raven's skin is a deeply pigment blue and she seems to have scales around her body, Raven also has yellow eyes that seem to glow at times especially in the dark. 

Fighting: Raven is an excellent fighter, she has spent many years honing her skills in many different forms of fighting. Raven knows offensive and defensive forms of fighting from many different disciplines of fighting, the types of fighting she knows are karate, mixed martial arts and Aikido

Weakness : Like most people Raven is vulnerable to many of the same things that humans are, she can be hurt by, getting shot, stabbed, cut or even badly hurt in a fight. Raven can only shift into people she knows or sees before she shifts into them..


The origins for Raven are very muggy, after all she doesn't speak much about her early childhood, after all before she broke into the Xavier's  household she had lived a rough life.

Raven has only let certain things slip about her life over the years. Raven was born in New York City with an obvious mutation. Ever since Raven was born she been treated with fear and hate,  Raven's parents abandoned her in fear of her mutations, so Raven was raised in an orphanage where she was bullied and mistreated so badly that she ran away.

Struggling to survive and starving, Raven found her way to the Xavier's mansion thinking that rich people would have plenty of food and they would never notice some food had gone mission.

This was how she met Charles Xavier, Charles confronted Raven in his kitchen and after a brief conversation Raven and Charles became like brother and sister and Charles did convince his parents Raven was invited to the house.

Raven began using her powers to hide her blue skin from humans so she could get an education and live a somewhat normal life and only let Charles see her true self.

Many years passed and Raven kept living with Charles and they continued to be brother and sister, however Raven was becoming frustrated in hidden herself all the time to the humans around her and while she worked with other mutants to stop the Americas and the Russians from going to war, she wound up joining the Brotherhood. After all with the brotherhood she  felt the freedoms to be herself and she believed the same things Eric did.
